Food Safety in Halalan Tayyiban Discourse According to Mufassirin

Islam provides guidance to its followers in all areas of life, including nutrition. ?alalan ?ayyiban is a philosophy that promoted help people obtain food complies with Shari'ah criteria. However, most underestimate and disregard the importance tayyib. As result, focus this research will be on definition as dictated by relevance safety. The data for qualitative study collected using library method, then analyzed inductive, deductive, document analysis method. According research, term halalan has six different meanings: anything Allah commanded, delicious, beneficial, does not concern human rights, modest, pure. This encompasses only halal but also tayyib aspects.
